Kitchen Remodeling
Kitchen Remodeling in Metro Atlanta
Cabinets, countertops, flooring, lighting and complete redesigns built around how your family cooks, gathers and lives.
Get Free EstimateThe kitchen is the busiest room in most homes and one of the best places to invest in a remodel. A well-planned kitchen makes daily cooking easier, gives your family more room to gather, and adds lasting value when it is time to sell. Since 2012, Eillen Property Preservation & Remodeling has helped homeowners across Metro Atlanta turn dated, cramped or worn-out kitchens into spaces that are beautiful and practical.
Every project starts with listening. We walk through your current kitchen with you, talk about what works and what frustrates you, and learn how you actually use the space. Some clients want a fresh look with new cabinet fronts, countertops and a backsplash. Others want a full gut renovation with a new layout, an island, upgraded electrical and new flooring throughout. We plan the scope around your goals and your budget, and we explain every option clearly so you can make confident decisions.
Our team handles the work from demolition to final trim. That means one point of contact, one schedule and one crew accountable for the result. We protect the rest of your home during construction, keep the job site clean, and communicate with you throughout so you always know what is happening next.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a kitchen remodel cost?
Cost depends on the size of the kitchen, the materials you choose and how much of the layout changes. A cosmetic refresh costs far less than a full gut renovation. We provide a free, detailed estimate after seeing your space so you get a real number, not a guess.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Smaller updates can be finished in a few weeks, while full renovations take longer depending on scope and material lead times. Your proposal includes an expected timeline, and we keep you updated if anything changes.
Can I keep using my home during the remodel?
Yes. Most clients stay in their homes. We seal off the work area, clean up daily and can help you plan a temporary kitchen setup.
Do you help with design and material selection?
Yes. We help you choose cabinets, countertops, tile and flooring that fit your style and budget, and explain the pros and cons of each option.
Do you offer financing?
Financing options are available. Ask us during your free consultation and we will explain how it works.
